Serving God by Serving Others

The LPC Foundation actively collaborates with local and global partners to establish churches and scholarship opportunities in Houston, as well as educationally underserved regions in Tanzania, Africa, India, and the Philippines. The Foundation is committed to holistic community development as we extend our impact through dedicated community outreach initiatives. Our mission encompasses not only the establishment of churches, schools, academic and book scholarship opportunities but to also actively engage in outreach efforts that strengthen and empower communities on a broader scale. The LPC Foundation endeavors to foster positive change and address the unique needs of diverse communities.

church and schools.

The Lawrence and Patricia Carrier Foundation was initially created to honor the memory of my amazing and loving husband, who passed away suddenly on 9/1/2020. My name was added to the foundation to reflect our shared goal of honoring God, bringing souls to Christ, and serving others.

The LPC Foundation provides financial assistance to those who want to attend college, assists those in need in the Houston community, builds churches internationally, and ensures our legacy of giving continues.

Benefaction has always been an important part of our lives. I learned from my parents as a child the importance of giving my time, knowledge, and resources. I dedicated my career to serving the underserved and impoverished. I found a kindred soul in Lawrence. 

He too dedicated his life to giving back to the church and community.  This Foundation will continue our desire to give back and strengthen communities in Houston and around the world.

The Humble ISD Education Foundation

I am amazed at the huge heart of Patricia Carrier. After facing the unexpected loss of her beloved husband Lawrence, Patricia proceeded to turn her grief and suffering into a way to help heal the brokenness of others in need. She established and is funding an organization that helps provide education through scholarships, supplies, and even school buildings and churches in Africa among the very poor. Out of tragedy, great triumph has emerged. I bless her for all she is doing!

The Lawrence and Patricia Carrier Foundation has been an incredible support system for the students of Humble ISD. When the Foundation hears of a need, Patricia immediately jumps into action and finds way to provide food and clothing. The scholarship offered by the Foundation provides economical support for students, who are in need of financial assistance to attend a college or trade school. We appreciate the compassion, kindness and support given to the Humble ISD students by the Lawrence and Patricia Foundation.

LPC graciously hosted our students and staff to multiple events to help them destress and enjoy their high school years.
